Diverse stanze e zone coperte da rivalorizzare fanno parte del comprensorio masserizio oltre alla corte riservata al bestiame da pascolo e un antichissimo agrumeto.

Al confine dell'agrumeto, grotte ipogee hanno conservato reperti appartanenti all'antica Roma, di un valore inestimabile.
